Cancellation Rules - Hotels
Within 24 Hours from the time of Reservation - No Refund.
Between 24 Hours to 48 Hours - 70% Refund.
Before 48 Hours - 90% Refund.
CANCELLATION RULES FOR HILL STATIONS (1st April to 15th June season period only)
Within 24 Hours from the time of Reservation - No Refund.
Between 24 Hours to 48 Hours - 50% Refund.
Before 48 Hours - 75% Refund.
GENERAL RULES HOTELS
Only one preponement / postponement is permitted before 48 hours subject to availability of accommodation.
After availing one postponement or preponement no cancellation is permitted.
Luxury Taxes will be collected as per rules on lodging bills at Hotels.
The rates are subject to change.
Online customers can cancel their Accommodation by E-Mail mentioning their TTDC Transaction ID, ICICI Bank Transaction ID and other booking details. If customer used credit card for payment, please use E-mail id ttdc.online@vsnl.net for cancellation. If customer used dedit card for payment, please use E-mail-id ttdc.debit@vsnl.net for cancellation.
If booking made by online, refund of money for Cancellation will be as per Rules. The refund amount will be credited to your credit card/debit card account through online.
Catering facilities available in all TTDC Group of Hotels.
Rs.25/-(per unit) will be deducted as communication charges at the time of cancellation.

Rules For Cancellation of Tours
No Cancellation within 24 Hours before the commencement of the "Tour".
Online customers can cancel their Tour bookings by E-Mail mentioning their TTDC Transaction ID, ICICI Bank Transaction ID and other booking details. If customer used credit card for payment, please use E-mail-id ttdc.online@vsnl.net for cancellation. If customer used debit card for payment, please use E-mail-id: ttdc.debit@vsnl.net for cancellation.
If booking made by online, refund of money for Cancellation will be as per Rules. The refund amount will be credited to your credit card/debit card account through online.
No refund will be allowed if the tourist misses the coach or cancels the journey after the departure of the coach.
Cancellation charges will be levied as below. Between 24 to 48 Hours =50%, Before 48 Hours=25%.
Only one postponement / preponement is permitted before 24 hours subject to availability of seats and operation of tour.
If one postponement / preponement is availed, no further preponement/postponement or cancellation will be permitted.
Rs.25/-(per ticket) will be deducted as communication charges at the time of cancellation.
